Uncle's Hawaiian Grindz
So if you haven't heard, there's a new sheriff (or Uncle) of restaurants in town. Uncle's Hawaiian Grindz has to be by far the best place I've been to in quite a long time. I'm not sure who the "brainchild" was behind this move, but it was definitely a genius move. The last time I checked, there isn't another authentic Hawaiian restaurant in Harford County, or even the state of Maryland. The atmosphere is extremely laid back. I was even met by the Operations Manager, Leana Stewart, who was extremely accommodating. My waitress, Amy, was super nice and made sure to educate me on the ins and outs of the menu.
Now for the important part: THE FOOD! Oh my G-O-S-H! If any of you reading this happen to be familiar with the show Yo Gabba Gabba, there was definitely a "party in my tummy!" Every bite was like a symphony of flavors combined to make one beautiful composition! (Does that even make sense?)
It's crazy because you get high class food in a family environment and I loved every moment of it! As in the words of Stitch from the Disney favorite Lilo and Stitch "Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten." And Uncle's Hawaiian Grindz will make sure no one is forgotten! MAHALO!
